How much does this cost?
Financial Management is priced by level and by the complexity of your books: transaction volume, number of accounts, payroll headcount and scope. We give you a transparent, itemized proposal within 48 hours of your free review. What is in the proposal is what you pay.
Are there hidden fees or long term contracts?
No hidden fees and no long term lock in. We work month to month because we would rather earn the relationship every month than hold it with a contract.
My books are a mess. Can you still help?
Yes, and you are not unusual. Catch up and cleanup is a defined project inside Financial Management. We assess the state of your books on the free review and tell you whether to start with a cleanup or move straight into ongoing work.
How quickly can we start?
You will have a proposal within 48 hours of the review. Onboarding usually takes one week: secure account access, system setup and an initial pass over your existing books.
Do you work with businesses outside West Palm Beach?
Yes. We are based in West Palm Beach, Florida and we work with clients across the United States operating under US GAAP. Everything from onboarding to monthly reporting is handled remotely.
What is the difference between a bookkeeper and a Fractional CFO?
A bookkeeper keeps the record accurate and current. A Fractional CFO works on what comes next: forecasting, cash flow planning, major decisions, board and executive reporting. At KWM those sit in two different service areas, Financial Management and Financial Advisory, and most clients eventually use both.
