Getting ready for taxes is not a separate KWM service. It is this service, scoped to one deadline. We get your records current, accurate, organized and ready for your tax professional. KWM Consulting does not prepare or file tax returns. Your CPA or preparer does that, and they do it faster and cheaper when the records arrive clean.

How much does catch-up bookkeeping cost?
It depends on how many months you're behind and how clean your records are. On your free 15-minute call, we'll give you a flat-rate quote so there are no surprises. Most cleanups range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.
How long does a cleanup take?
Most catch-ups are done within 2-4 weeks once we get access to your records. If you're on a tight deadline (like a loan application or tax filing), let us know - we've turned projects around in under 30 days.
Do you work with QuickBooks? Xero? What software?
Yes to all of the above. QuickBooks Online is most common, but we work in Xero, Wave, and clean up messy spreadsheets too.
